Training Terms and Conditions

Payments & Booking Form

Tuition is paid for in full using the online facility. Please email: training@ooohlala.co.uk before making payment, to insure a position is available on the course.

Safety

If you are taking advantage of my mobile tuition, to get the most from your training you need to be in a comfortable environment free from distractions. Animals and small children are not permitted in the training area, due to chemicals and products being use.

Dress Code

A uniform is not required but is recommended for the protection of your clothing how ever if this is not possible, all students are required to wear clean suitable comfortable clothing, hair must be tied away from your face and no jewellery with the exception of a wedding band.

Traveling

OoohLaLa travels to all areas in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, North London, North West London and East London mileage will be calculated at 40 pence per mile, course fees remain the the same.

Cancellations

Our refund structure is displayed in the table.

Written notice of withdrawal must be obtained from students wishing to cancel their course. All refunds are subject to fees charged by the online facility.

Please note exceptional circumstances will always be considered.

In the unlikely event, your training needs to be cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified of an alternative tutor or you will receive a refund.

Date Changes

If you wish to change the date of your training, due to change of circumstances, a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required but I cannot guarantee it will be possible to change your dates. If I need to change your date of training, alternative dates will be offered 2 weeks in advance.

Photography

Photos may be taken during your training for advertising purposes; your personal details will NEVER be disclosed or advertised in any way.

Feedback

Once you have completed your training you will receive a feedback form which is given to all students. I ask students to take a few minutes of their time to complete the form and return it in the pre-paid envelope. This will enable me to maintain a high stand training.

Conclusion

You will receive confirmation of your booking once your enrolment has been confirmed and payment is made. You will receive a copy of the above Terms & Conditions within your email, each student is required to read and sign the documents and hand in when their course commences.
